2002 Chrysler Town & Country - Limousine Luxury and Greyhound Storage

Stay with me on this one. If the minivan had never been invented and therefore never received its king of soccer mom's status, then Chrysler's latest Town & Country would probably be deemed a limousine by the department of transportation if launched today. OK, maybe I'm stretching that one a little bit - a little limo driver humor.

Jokes aside Chrysler's new minivan is in a class of one. Sure there are others with leather trimmed interiors, power sliding doors, premium car features and powerful V6 engines, but the Town & Country puts all the pieces together with a posh style and rich splendor only conceivable from the country that created the stretch limo. It's good old apple pie and vanilla ice cream American luxury.

Ironic as it may seem, like all DaimlerChrysler minivans, the Town & Country is made right here in Canada - Windsor, Ontario to be exact. While basically a Dodge Caravan underneath its front fascia and body cladding, the Town & Country offers up plenty of upper-crust goodies to please even the most jaded luxury car aficionado.
