The SRT-8 is the ultimate sedan hot-rod. Not only does it have a Hemi, but also it has now been bored to a 6.1L V8. And if 340 hp were not enough, the new version of the Hemi has 425 hp. The Street and Racing Technology package adds 20" alloy wheels, a unique lower and bolder stance, a rear spoiler and sport seats with special leather trim for the interior. Performance upgrades include suspension, brakes, and Chrysler's electronic stability program for improved handling. 0-100 km/h times should be in the low 5 seconds and a quarter mile in a little less than 14 seconds. Not bad for a car that weights 1 850 kg.
The Magnum SRT-8 will also be offered. It will carry the same specs as the 300. In other words, it will become the fastest wagon on the North American market.
