After winning the Rallye Vert de Montréal last October, the Toyota Prius PHV is stopping by the Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto before heading next month to the world’s oldest and most prestigious green rally – the Rallye Monte-Carlo des Énergies Nouvelles.

The Monaco rally (March 21-23) will kick off the 2013 FIA Alternative Energies Cup season, which features 12 events including the two mentioned above. Typically about 100 competitors have to drive about 1,000 kilometres over the course of three days.

The Toyota Prius PHV's driver, Vinh Pham, who is also an advanced technology and powertrain engineer at Toyota Canada, will meet with CIAS visitors and sign autographs on Sunday, February 24th, from 10 am to 1 pm. He will be joined by his navigator, Alan Ockwell.
