Over 50 vintage Renault cars have recently been found in a barn on the Danish island of Funen. The owner, Anker Krarup, started collecting them in 1968. He will sell the entire fleet at the Campen Auktioner traditional auction of special and classic cars to be held on March 20th, 2016.
Krarup kept hold of his original Renault, a 4CV, after replacing it with a Dauphine in 1980. Over the years, he bought Renault cars from people who wanted to get rid of them, and now he owns close to 60.
With the auction, Krarup hopes the new owners will restore the cars to their former glory and drive them on the road.
