Ford Issues Recall for 50,000 Hybrid, electric vehicles
A faulty charging cable has led Ford to issue a voluntary recall of around 50,000 electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. The manufacturer-supplied 120-volt cable has been found to potentially cause overheating when used with a conventional outlet, resulting in a risk of fire.
