GM Issues Second Recall Related to Same Braking Issue : 2019 Chevrolet Silverado

General Motors is being forced to issue a second recall related to the same braking issue on thousands of pickup trucks. The repairs carried out as part of the first recall apparently led to a new problem that now needs fixing.
